Running is something that has always interested me. I have been trying to start running for 10 years. Who would have thought it.
Only now I have made a lot of conclusions, work on mistakes and realized what prevented me from starting. And I really want to share my personal experience with those who need it too.
I am not a professional athlete or fitness blogger, just as I am not a psychologist or a doctor. Everything I write here is based on my personal experience. Your experience may be very different from mine. After all, one size of clothing does not fit all people on Earth. We are all different, just as our experiences are different.

On this blog, I try to write everything from runner’s diaries to helpful tips. But the main idea behind my blog is to give support to beginner runners. People like me. People who want to start, but who are lacking something. This is where I will try to provide moral support in your endeavor.
Because sport is hard work. Even if you’re just thinking or just starting out, it’s already a feat worthy of respect.
